Consumer Health Data Notice

Why this notice exists

Woowoogle is a self-reflection and identity app, not a health care provider. Some things you may choose to save, such as moods, somatic patterns, shadow work, attachment reflections, journals, dreams, and related notes, can feel personal and health-adjacent. We treat that information with extra care.

Information covered

This notice covers moods, check-ins, journal notes, dream entries, symbols, self-report quiz answers, somatic and emotional pattern results, AI reflections connected to those entries, feedback screenshots that show those surfaces, and similar information you choose to provide.

Birth date, birth time, birth place, coordinates, and timezone are also sensitive in practice because we use them to calculate your Woo Map. We do not show your exact birth details or coordinates on public profiles.

How we use it

We use this information to save your private reflections, calculate your map, personalize readings, generate optional AI reflections, maintain your app history, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.

AI-generated readings and reflections are for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not medical, mental health, legal, financial, or professional advice.

Who processes it

We use service providers to operate Woowoogle, including database and authentication providers, hosting and analytics providers, map and translation providers, payment processors when payments are enabled, and AI providers when you request AI-generated readings or reflections.

We do not sell consumer health data. We do not use consumer health data for targeted advertising.

Your choices

You can delete individual journal and dream entries where the app provides that control. You can request or start account deletion from Settings. Account deletion removes your account and associated personal data unless we need to keep a limited record for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or payment reasons.

Age limit

Woowoogle is for people 18 and older during beta. If we learn that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will delete or restrict the account.

Updates

We may update this notice as the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above tells you when this notice last changed.
