Use of Woowoogle

Woowoogle is a social identity, self-reflection, journaling, and community app. It is for entertainment, personal insight, creative reflection, and connection.

Woowoogle does not provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, professional, emergency, or crisis advice. Do not use Woowoogle as a substitute for a qualified professional or emergency service.

Age requirement

Woowoogle is for people 18 and older during beta. By creating or using an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping sign-in access secure. Use accurate account information and keep your email available so we can reach you about security, deletion, billing, or support.

You can start account deletion from Settings or contact woowoo@woowoogle.com for help.

AI readings

Some readings and reflections may be generated or assisted by AI. AI output can be incomplete, incorrect, or emotionally off. Use it as a reflection prompt, not as instruction, diagnosis, prediction, or professional advice.

You are responsible for your own decisions. If something feels urgent, dangerous, medical, financial, legal, or mental-health related, talk to a qualified person in the real world.

Public profiles

If you choose a username or share your profile, parts of your Woo Map may be visible to other people, including your display name, username, avatar, bio, archetype, public prompts, badges, streak or level, and free computed map highlights.

Do not add information to your public profile that you want kept private. Birth details, account email, private journals, dreams, moods, and exact coordinates are not intended for public profile display.

Community content

Do not post or send abusive, harassing, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, illegal, infringing, deceptive, spammy, or unsafe content. Do not post private information about another person without permission.

Woowoogle may remove content, limit distribution, restrict accounts, preserve records, or report serious safety issues when needed to protect users, the app, or legal rights.

By posting content, you give Woowoogle permission to host, display, moderate, and share that content inside the app and related public surfaces as needed to operate the service.

Purchases and currency

Cosmic currency is an in-app feature with no cash value. It cannot be redeemed for money and may be changed, limited, or removed as the app evolves.

Cash purchases, when available, unlock digital features only as described at checkout. Web payments may use Stripe. iOS or Android digital purchases must use the purchase system required by that platform.

Refund and cancellation terms will be shown at checkout or in the purchase surface when paid features are active.

Safety and moderation

Use report controls where available or email woowoo@woowoogle.com with the username, room, post, message, or screenshot context. We review reports and may take action based on our judgment and legal obligations.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app changes. If an update materially changes your rights or obligations, we will make a reasonable effort to let you know. Continued use of Woowoogle after an update means you accept the updated terms.
