Account help
Signed-in users can open Settings to start account deletion directly. You can also email us from the address on your Woowoogle account if you need help with deletion, access, correction, or a copy of your data.
Privacy requests
Read our Privacy Policy, Consumer Health Data Notice, and Terms. Email us if you want to access, correct, delete, or export personal information connected to your account.
Safety and moderation
Use the in-app report controls where available, or email us with the username, room, post, or message context. We review safety reports as quickly as possible.
